MONITORING & REPORTING

The CCHCL Board of Directors ensure effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the performance of the Strategic Plan. This requirement guides in the  regular meetings called for  performance report reviews submitted by the CEO.

The progress of the implementation of the Strategic Plan (and the consecutive annual work plans and budgets) are monitored by means of key output and outcome indicators (Key Performance Indicators). These indicators are identified in the Results Matrix.

Top Management is responsible for undertaking routine monitoring, and preparation of periodic reports (on monthly/quarterly basis) for consideration by the Board. Management shall hold regular meetings to review departmental and overall corporate performance and prepare timely reports thereof for necessary action by relevant authorities.

The Board may demand for performance reports to be presented on emergency basis, in response to emerging circumstances. Board members may also undertake periodic monitoring and evaluation through site-visits to the company’s operations to see firsthand, and share with stakeholders on the operations of the Group, and to obtain feedback from these stakeholders.
